inspired rainy weekend

I love waking up to the pitter patter of gentle rain.

How lucky am I to have two rainy days on a weekend with no obligations! 

I have been in my studio relaxing and creating GUILT FREE.

After cleaning up a bit, playing with some new paints and inks to learn their qualities I decided to make a SHE ART piece with this lovely wood dress form that I have been staring at for months!

I love how it turned out. She is covered with dictionary paper, paint, stamps, a pretty little fabric skirt and of corse her inspirational SHE quote.
